Le plexus solaire se trouve entre la douzième vertèbre thoracique et la première vertèbre lombaire en arrière de l’estomac et en avant du diaphragme. Il se trouve juste sous le diaphragme, à hauteur d’estomac. Pour le trouver : placez votre main en largeur au-dessus du nombril : le plexus solaire est juste au-dessus !
